Our ‘Music Copyright Essentials’ course is a comprehensive overview of all the key points regarding music copyright. This course is suitable for anyone in the music industry - from music artists & songwriters to managers, labels, etc. and provides a clear understanding of how copyright works. We cover the basics, such as what copyright is exactly, and what are the various types of rights in music. We also speak about collecting societies around the world and what royalties they collect, as well as different types of royalties and how they flow back to artists and rightsholders. By the end of this course, you should become familiar with the term ‘copyright’ and the concepts of identifying ownership, controlling use, and monetising music.

How much are your courses?
Our individual courses are priced at $99 (ex. local sales tax). Our bundles (3 - 5 courses) are priced at $250 (ex. tax). Our full bundle containing all of our courses is priced at $999 (ex. tax).
What is your refund policy?
Any purchase cancelled within 14 days of payment will be eligible for a full refund unless you have already started the course. Once you begin the course, you will no longer be eligible for a full refund; and once a course is completed, with or without certification, you will not be eligible for any refund. I want to upgrade from a single course to the full bundle, can I still get a discount?

Are payments recurring?
None of the charges are recurring. You will only be billed once for each course or bundle.
How long are your courses / bundles?
Between 20 minutes and just under an hour. The precise lengths of individual courses are visible before purchase. Bundles consist of between 3 and 5 courses and are offered at a discounted rate.
