What do I do if I have any questions about the course material?

I want to upgrade from a single module to the full bundle, can I still get a discount?

Yes you can! Email [email protected] and we can issue you a discount coupon.


What is the pass mark for the quizzes?

The pass mark is 70%. There are 10 questions per module, so in order to pass you need to score 7/10 or higher.


I failed the test! Can I retake it?

No problem! Email [email protected] and let us know the situation. We’ll be able to reset the test so you can take it again.


I have some feedback on the course, who can I speak to?

We are always pleased when our customers give us feedback - it means a lot to us and helps us to continue to improve our content. Ideas or suggestions for future modules are also welcome; just email us on [email protected]


I’ve completed a course, how do I get a certificate?

If you have completed one of our bundles (for example the Streaming Complete Bundle or YouTube Complete Bundle) we will issue you a certificate to confirm that you have completed the course. Certificates are not available for individual modules.


I am interested in booking Music Ally for an in-person training session, who can I speak to?
